Hello, world !

Too excited and couldn't wait to see the world, I was born 1 month earlier !
My parents were not really ready yet and my mom didn't even had a chance to 'enjoy' her maternity leave.

So here I am now.. let's enjoy life !

They said I was big for a premature, my weight was 3.3 kgs and my height was 50 cm.

Honestly, I think my mom should thank me of being born 1 month before the term.  I could have been a giant baby that weight at least 4,5 kgs !

Going home, at last ! 

After 13 days being in the hospital (in the neonatal unit) I was allowed to go home.

My family is thrilled, home at last !

There's a lot going on during my stay in the hospital.. I had hypocalcaemia, hypoglycemia, anemia and especially jaundice.
Well.. the doctor discovered I have G6PD deficiancy, also known as favism.

This has caused me jaundice and anemia (according to doctor and wikipedia !)

About my name...

Today I'm celebrating my one month birthday.

Everything has been doing great for me since I'm home.

By the way,  I haven't told you yet the story behind my name. 
Actually Emmett is not a common name in France.  My family got my name from their favorite movies :

My DAD loves BACK TO THE FUTURE, he has seen it a thousand times ! The Doc's name is Emmett Brown. I hope I'll be as smart as him.

My MOM loves TWILIGHT (yes she's a Twilight Mom and not ashamed of it !) and Emmett Cullen is the strongest vampire.
I hope I'll be as strong as him too.

My BROTHER loves LEGO movie and the main character's name is Emmet ! He's the coolest guy and I hope "everything is awesome" in my life too !

I am a super baby !

My mom got this pj from H&M, it has super power because everyone says I'm cute when I wear it ! haha !

I am now 2 months old ; my weight is 5 kgs and my height is 57.5 cm.  I'm bigger than I'm supposed to be at my age.

The truth is I drink a lot and I have this very 'special' milk called the Lait Gourmand, a special milk for a (greedy) baby like me.
